Again, Please pardon the intro/between track commentary, i'm fighting back a cold currently...
So he we are again, this time bringing you rare and unreleased from the GRIZ+ZLOR. It really runs the gamut between early mid and psuedo modernish.
The first track is from one of my first semi successful tracks. Originally it appeared as a limited edition cassette (of 1), that i gave to a friend. The title of it was Limited Edtion 7", a bit of a joke between us. After some prodding he convinced me i should release it, so i did. i cut a little end garbage out, added bootleggg to the title and it became the first completed official Earth.Space Noise Research Laboratories release. Here we have the first track from that cdr "Cassette Side A".
The next track is from ESNRL 010, Statue 001, and it appears here in it's entirety. It's proto wall work, i guess, maybe more "static drone" as Richard Ramirez would say. Originally limited to 25 cdrs. I think it's a bare bones semi-unimpressive release, not worthy of repress. So it appears here.
The Last track is an unreleased one, from the same era as the Temujin 3". This one has no name, just a number: LXIX. It's not finalized yet, but this may appear on the Temujin Bootleggg CDR, along with a few others from the same era. I've always been really happy with the Temujin 3", i think it came out pretty harsh and abravisve, like i was actually invoking his spirit. the artwork was so bare bones, it kinda makes me cringe, because i hurried the release of it so that i had it in time for 6.6.6, well there will be no skimping on the artwork this time around.

This is part II of the F.O.A.G.M. Retrospect. This time we only have two tracks, but they're lengthly ones. Please pardon the intro/between track commentary, i'm fighting back a cold currently...
So First up we, have a track with no solid name, but that's because this was the first "practice" session before our first show. There are a lot of incomplete ideas...but there are some great sounds here. Early on we decided that we were gonna use Hair Clippers as the source sound, clipping my associate's (Brother Piezo) beard. I can't recall why we chose this, but it went really well. This track was originally presented in the Release: "The Bearded Grain Expanded Edition". Which was limited to 2 copies (Presented to the hosts of that evening). The Boxset also included another cdr from the week after, as soon as i find that audio, i'll post it as well, but from my recollection, i always thought this one was better. Plus a small packet of the actual beard trimmings from the performance were included with this boxset.
The next and last track is the actual performance from 7.15.6, Entitled "The Bearded Grain" after the Henry Wadsworth Longfellow poem: "The Reaper and the Flowers". Such a great night, it was an honor to open the first 610 Noise and be the first Noise act to play. But there is a radicle difference between this and the practice sessions. The outlets weren't grounded (it was an old holder house), it was unbearably hot, and literally half of our equipment was malfunctioning. During the set i was sweating so much i started to conduct electricity (thank you electro harmonix for using good quality transformers). All in all, we made some awesome lifetime friends. We had a good time, and we hope you enjoy!

I don't know how many parts there will be, but we started out simply and have continued to evolve ever since. Never fully being pigeon-holed into one style exclusively our ecclectic catalog of recordings will be presented here save for a few lost tracks, or collaborations which will be available later on.
First up is a track we entitled: 4 Minutes 20 Seconds. A true story documented by Brother Piezo, outlined with vcr mechanics and various electronic interludes.
The Second Track is called Red Nelb. To This day i'm absolutely floored that we somehow managed to make a blender sound like a guitar. This is perhaps our third track, maybe. We wanted to preserve our initial ideas of mechanical abuse, and take it to the next level with added effects.
Lastly, a track heinously entitled: Untitled, only to find out we indeed titled it: Culmination of #12 & 35. This is our second track, and it features alot of stuff we haven't done since (nor may we see again). To start Brother Piezo plays guitar while Myself, and Brother Dphiant (a true friend, and an occasional collaborator) hold effects and randomly manipulate them. Layered in there is a couple of other contact mic'd items as well as BEATS!, A specialty of brother Dphiant.
4Minutes 20 seconds appeared nowhere but Myspace.
Red Nelb was slated for the B side of the Doomed: Film Student 12" and appears on Myspace
Culmination of #12 & 35 was slated for the B side of the Doomed: Film Student 12" and appears here unheard for the first time.
